● Store Credit Only - We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as store Credit / gift vouchers
● Return Conditions - Items must be in their original, unused condition unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns without the original tags will not be accepted.
● Time Frame - Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
● Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not reimburse shipping charges in case of wrong size ordered
● Return Processing - Once received at our Mumbai warehouse, returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
● Return Authorization - All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and must be arranged for return by the customer.
● Sale - items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
● Condition of Returned Items - We cannot accept returns for items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear. Please be mindful when trying on garments.
● International Returns - We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
● Loss of Returned Items - Vani is not liable for any garments lost during the return shipping process.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item. Our warehouse team carefully inspects all items before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@vaniindia.com with the following:

● Clear images of the item showing the fault or damage.
Our team will review the details and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Fresh, non-sale items can be returned for store credit.
Sale Items - Items purchased as part of a 'Sale' are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or eligible for store credit, unless they are found to be faulty.
