Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes, as processing begins immediately, and the shipping process is quickly initiated. To avoid any issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Orders with invalid addresses will be automatically returned, leading to delays in delivery. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, reach out to customer care promptly for assistance.

While we make every effort to photograph our garments accurately and provide detailed descriptions, we cannot guarantee that every screen will perfectly reflect the true color of the product.
All our products are meticulously handmade and hand-dyed, reflecting their unique craftsmanship. To maintain their quality and longevity, we recommend dry cleaning all our garments.
We currently ship exclusively within India, and all transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders, consult us via emailing on support@vaniindia.com or DM us on Instagram.
For online purchases within India, we accept all major debit/credit cards, Additionally, we offer net banking and UPI payment options for a seamless and convenient shopping experience.
